Konnichiwa as they say in Japan, hello. With my Chinese visa firmly glued into my passport and half my bike parts replaced I am off to Japan this week. I have updated the map on the front page of the blog to show my intended route through December.  The countries I plan to cycle through are:

Japan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia and Kenya. After that I am not sure of my route.
